Criminal law & justice weekly
The journal Justice of the Peace is re-launched this month as Criminal law & justice weekly. Since first being published in 1837, it has covered the many changes affecting magistrates’ courts and the legal profession in England and Wales.
The re-launched journal will continue to provide a useful resource for criminal law. New and enhanced sections include :-
Stone’s update : regular updates providing expert analysis and commentary on cases and legislation from Stone’s justices’ manual
JP Reporter : case digests and judgments provided by leading experts
Foundations : news and information from criminal justice agencies
